- VEGAN RECIPE 純素食譜

• 自製豆漿優格
- 食材：
無糖豆漿 500 ml (自製 - http://bit.ly/homemade-soymilk)
益生菌膠囊 1 個 (我用這個 - http://bit.ly/2ErJAuO )

- 器具：
一個乾淨的玻璃罐 (https://shoppingfun.co/2cq35)
一支乾淨的湯匙
一台優格機 (https://shopsquare.co/2cq3A)

- 作法：
1. 將無糖豆漿倒入玻璃罐
2. 用手將益生菌膠囊扭開，將裡頭的粉末加入豆漿，用湯匙混拌均勻
3. 上面蓋個蓋子，放入優格機，約 7 - 9 小時 (時間會依當時的豆漿溫度不定)，待豆漿優格完全凝固即可取出
4. 在室溫放涼一些後再密封，放入冷藏保存，建議 7 天內食用完
