Then will simulate it through SIMUL8 to get the real cost, schedule growth, and cost growth. K-means cluster analysis is proposed to make the clusters betw

een the contractors, and the analysis of variance (ANOVA) will be conducted to see the significant difference between the clusters. The heterogeneous and homogeneous of the contractors will be seen on the ANOVA. Two scenarios also are shown to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method.
