  市場反應中藥丸劑崩散度 (Disintegration) 不佳,常造成藥物成分無法吸收利用,導致藥效不彰,中藥蜜丸採用之煉蜜性質不易控制,其含水量及煉蜜型態常會影響中藥蜜丸之崩散度及品質。本研究調查中藥丸劑市售品之崩散度現況,選擇高市占率之中藥基準方—濟生腎氣丸作為模式藥物,探討在中藥蜜丸中添加崩散劑對其崩散度之影響,採用五種崩散劑,共包含交聯聚維酮 (Crospovidone)、共聚維酮 (Copovidone)、羧甲基澱粉鈉 (Sodium Starch Glycolate)、交聯羧甲基纖維素鈉 (Croscarmellose Sodium) 及碳酸氫鈉 (Sodium Bicarb

onate)。另設計以聚乙二醇及明膠取代煉蜜作為賦形劑之改良型濃縮丸,開發類滴丸濃縮丸、聚乙二醇濃縮丸及明膠濃縮丸及之製備方法。結果顯示,崩散劑對中藥蜜丸之崩散度有改善效果,改善程度為:碳酸氫鈉 > 交聯羧甲基纖維素鈉 = 羧甲基澱粉鈉 > 交聯聚維酮 > 共聚維酮。類滴丸濃縮丸、聚乙二醇濃縮丸及明膠濃縮丸均能改善煉蜜性質不穩定之缺點,具有崩散時間穩定與可調控之優點,且使用滴製及模鑄等方式製造丸劑,達製程快速、穩定及品質均一,其中以聚乙二醇濃縮丸品質最穩定,明膠濃縮丸崩散時間最短。本研究開發含崩散劑蜜丸及改良型丸劑,不僅崩散時間減少、丸劑品質穩定,更有利於中藥製劑有效成分釋放之均一標準化。

乳酸菌水果發泡錠之開發

外食文化中,大多食品含過量糖、鈉及油脂,長期攝取會對民眾身體造成危害 (腸道菌相改變、便秘及消化不良等腸道相關問題)。凝結芽孢桿菌 (Bacillus coagulans),可產生內生孢子,其對熱及酸的環境具有安定性,因此產品不易受到胃酸的影響,能在腸胃中具有活性。因此本研究以 Bacillus coagulans 結合發泡錠之形式開發新型乳酸菌水果發泡錠。對乳酸菌水果發泡錠進行物性、抗氧化能力分析及益生菌菌數測定,並進行貯藏性試驗。結果顯示,乳酸菌蔬水果發泡錠於0天時 DPPH 自由基清除能力為 91.06%,總酚含量為 6.04 mg GAE/g,益生菌生菌數為 8.57 log CFU

/g。貯藏性試驗期間,乳酸菌水果發泡錠貯藏於常溫及 4°C 90 天後,其硬度下降 4.2% 及12% 及水活性上升 38.46%;DPPH 自由基清除能力下降了 4.32% 及 15.51%;總酚含量為 5.86 及 5.77 mg/g (常溫 90 天及 4°C 90 天);益生菌菌數為 8.4 及 8.38 log CFU/g (常溫 90 天及 4°C 90 天)。綜合上述結果,常溫貯藏可為新開發具有潛力之乳酸菌水果發泡錠最佳貯藏條件。
