近年來,PM2.5 空氣汙染嚴重,加上世界上各國紛紛擬定政策抑制碳排放,來拯救不斷惡化的生活環境。環境保護已是必要的措施,對人們而言,綠色消費即是將環保落實於生活中最直接的方式。購買對環境衝擊較小的產品,來達到保護環境的目的地。在生活環境中高度空氣汙染的元兇指向燃油汽車,電動汽車成為最佳的替代方案。電動車問世以來,由於具備高省油性、低碳排放與安靜等特性之環保優勢,受到許多消費者的高度關注。由於市占率漸漸上升,在一般消費者的心中成為一種具有環保象徵性的綠色產品。自此也有愈來愈多的車廠投入開發。燃油車與電動車為相互取代性商品,消費者對於電動車之購車意願愈來愈高。在考慮購買電動車時,具環保訴求之綠

色行銷廣告或消費者個人的綠色態度何者影響較大 ? 兩者若能夠在某個程度上增強購買意願,就更能增加電動汽車的普及率。本研究主要在瞭解綠色行銷廣告對電動汽車購買意圖之影響,研究對象為臺灣地區居民,透過網路問卷便利隨機抽樣調查方式,獲得有效樣本125 份,資料經由Hayes 迴歸及進行信度與效度分析假說。研究結果顯示:(1)綠色態度會部分調節車種與購買意圖之間的關係;(2)綠色行銷廣告不會調節車種與購買意圖之間的關係。研究結果提出上述結論之外,亦據此對於電動汽車行銷策略之擬訂上,提供方向之建議。
