日治時期大屯國立公園與戰後陽明山國家公園在規劃與建設上之比較

臺灣總督府在昭和2年（1927）開始進行臺灣國立公園的相關調查，於昭和10年（1935）在臺灣施行〈國立公園法〉，後來在昭和12年（1937）指定大屯、次高太魯閣與新高阿里山三座國立公園。戰後陽明山地區先是作為反共的重要軍事和政治據點，之後到民國71年（1982）陽明山地區又再次地劃入了陽明山國家公園中，可以知道陽明山地區成為國家公園有其特別的歷史發展過程。本研究以日治時期的大屯國立公園與戰後設立的陽明山公園為對象，透過文獻回顧的方式瞭解兩個時期國家公園的成立背景與發展，接著對兩個國家公園的成立背景與規劃建設進行分析與比較，並透過疊圖方式來比較兩個時期路線與設施位置的變化，藉此瞭解日治時期大

屯國立公園與戰後陽明山國家公園的差異。研究結果顯示，兩個時期國家公園在設立的目的與規劃想法上是相同的，但是因為戰後並沒有馬上延續日治時期大屯國立公園的政策，且在戰後初期陽明山是作為當時國家權力的核心來經營，所以陽明山國家公園境內的設施、路線與後來新增的建設，在經過政權的更迭、旅遊觀念與科技發展的改變下有很大的變化。

翻譯與政治： 以戒嚴初期（1950-1952）的《暢流》為研究對象

本研究以《暢流》半月刊作為研究焦點，旨在探討翻譯與政治之間的互動。綜觀台灣歷史，台灣的翻譯活動與政治密不可分。本文選定國民政府執政時期，並以當時由台灣鐵路管理局所創辦的綜合性雜誌《暢流》來探討國民政府執政期間戒嚴初期政治、政策與翻譯之間的關係。本研究先以宏觀角度探討政治、政策及意識形態與《暢流》、翻譯及譯者間的互動；再由微觀角度探討政治對翻譯的影響如何透過不同的翻譯策略呈現於譯文之中。《暢流》最初由台灣鐵路管理局創辦，不久便因政府命令而轉由鐵路黨部發行，暢流半月刊社也因此改組。《暢流》創刊於戒嚴時期，社會文化中的意識形態以「反共抗俄」為主流，而在文學系統中的《暢流》既為機關刊物，自然受此意識

形態影響，也受到政策的影響。在文藝政策方面，《暢流》確實也是配合政策執行，在《暢流》可見不少與反共抗俄、宣揚自由民主的相關文章或譯文，不過，在鐵路黨部的經營之下，《暢流》編輯群仍保有相當的自由度，而《暢流》也以維持本身刊物風格的原則為最高標準，因此並未因為改組而成了純然的政策推行工具。雖《暢流》在鐵路黨部的經營下並未成為主要的政令宣導工具，不過來自官方的經濟贊助對於《暢流》而言卻佔有舉足輕重的地位，也因此1991年火車書刊費預算遭刪成了《暢流》最終停刊的主因，足見官方贊助對於《暢流》之影響力。本研究選定《暢流》創刊前三年所刊載共58篇譯文作為探討《暢流》創刊初期翻譯成果及翻譯與政治間互動的研究

依據，另以表詳列此58篇譯文資訊。早期的《暢流》翻譯作品以文學小說、鐵路軼聞為主，不過在為數不多的翻譯文章中，仍可見較具政治色彩、鼓吹自由民主風氣的選文，為配合政策。而從《暢流》選文出處的比例亦可發現當時社會除了瀰漫著反共抗俄的氣息之外，親美的文化風氣亦影響著當時的台灣社會及文壇。《暢流》所刊載之譯文翻譯策略更可見反共或鼓吹自由風氣的副文本，也多以歸化譯法居多，能拉近讀者與原著的距離，更輕易影響人民思想。相較於同時期的機關刊物，《暢流》政策執行力雖不若其他官方刊物顯著，但仍可見其與政治間的密切互動。
