全球COVID-19疫情延燒逾兩年,各國續飽受新型變種病毒Omicron爆發之苦,不僅全球累計確診逾5億例,也奪走了六百多萬人的性命。儘管疫苗覆蓋率已達85.54%,台灣確診案例逾57萬(數據來源衛福部疾管署2022/5/12)。本研究旨在探討新冠肺炎染疫壓力對正負向情感與工作績效的影響,以及正念的干擾效果。本研究採用問卷調查法,調查時間為2022年3月18日至2022年3月31日,為期14天,以國內在職員工為研究對象,透過網路表單發放問卷,回收367份問卷,扣除無效問卷,共計回收有效問卷351份,並運用SPSS及Mplus等統計軟體,以驗證本研究之相關假設。研究結果發現:(1) 在職員工的
